We are not responsible for Breakage during FedEx or other carrier shipping. no Saturday deliveries, use this option for gift baskets only.

.All deliveries will be made between 9.30 am and 7 pm. Business deliveries go first and are done before 5 PM Same day is possible, cut off is noon. Same day delivery is by availability only. We will try our best to meet time requirements, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain time. The delivery charge covers one delivery attempt. When there is no one home we will try to leave the basket or arrangement with neighbors or in a sheltered place if possible. If we cannot make the delivery, we will try to contact the recipient to arrange for a delivery time that is convenient. Delivery charges are non refundable. When there are items that can spoil we will call ahead to make delivery arrangements. This is to ensure that the recipient can enjoy the products.

Nationwide delivery

We offer nationwide delivery. FedEx 3-5 ground pricing is standard on our website. We cannot ship highly perishable items 3-5 days. These Items will be shipped over night and we will have to get custom pricing. We will ship whole baskets, upon request we can ship "naked" or without basket which will offer a big saving on all overnight and second day deliveries. We reserve the right to increase all shipping fees due to shipping outside the 48 contiguous states. All delivery dates on Nationwide shipments are subject to courier schedules and we will not be responsible for any delay. We also are not responsible for incorrect address information provided by sender.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and outside contiguous states

All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to custom pricing. The prices for shipping there are higher and we reserve the right to charge according to the UPS or FedEx rates for that destination.

Weekend Deliveries

There are no Sunday deliveries unless otherwise noted. Saturday deliveries are available, cut off for Saturday Deliveries is 10 AM. Please call us to if a delivery is possible, we make exceptions!

Weather or other major delays

When weather or other circumstances prohibit normal driving, we will redeliver the soonest possible time. Canceled orders will have a $ 10 cancellation fee and orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery. No deliveries on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day or Sundays. Mountain deliveries - add $7.50 -$20.00Mountain deliveries are usually not same day. We make a mountain route once a week usually on Tuesday or Wednesday. All mountain deliveries are subject to availability, and can be canceled at any time. We will call ahead to make sure that recipient is home.

Time deliveries are extra.

If you want a basket to be there at a certain time it will be an additional $ 5.00-10.00. Time deliveries are 10-12 pm, 12-2 pm,and 2-4 pm. Subject to availability.
